Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Returned within 15 days of the date you received the item.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hacksaw Blades
- Grinding/Sanding/Polishing Belts (CS Unitec Belts – Grinding, Sanding & Polishing)
- Any used or installed cutting tools (e.g., annular cutters, hole saws) that show signs of wear or use.
Please choose carefully, as these items are exempt from returns for your safety and ours.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
- Timing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the standard return process. Once your return is received, you can place a new order for the desired item.
