We ship to most regions worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our tools, including carbide-tipped annular cutters, hole saws, grinders, and concrete saws. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • Packaged in the original box with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hacksaw Blades
  • Grinding, Sanding, and Polishing Belts (e.g., CS Unitec Belts – Grinding, Sanding & Polishing)
  • Any used or installed cutting tools (e.g., annular cutters, hole saws) showing signs of wear or use.

Please choose these items carefully, as returns are not permitted for safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

After your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model, follow the standard return process. Once your return is received, you can place a new order for the desired item.
