  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned: Hacksaw Blades, Abrasive Belts (Grinding, Sanding, Polishing), and any used or installed cutting tools.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
